What does the Bible say?

  • John 3:36  Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him.
  • Hebrews 9:22 Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness of sins.
  • Romans 5:10  For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.
  • John 15:6  If anyone does not abide in me he is thrown away like a branch and withers; and the branches are gathered, thrown into the fire, and burned.
  • Galatians 2:16  Yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.
  • Romans 3:23  For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God
  • John 14:6  Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
  • John 20:31  But these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

  • Personally.....

This is a heavy blog today, I know. My goal is simply to share the truth as it is revealed in the Bible. The good thing here is that there is hope in Jesus Christ. It's true that no one can love more than God in that He sent His only Son to die for our sins out of love so that we could share eternity with Him!
